Construction:

We engage in general construction business, including the constructing, enlarging, repairing, developing or engaging in any work upon buildings, houses and condominiums, roads, plants, bridges, dams, airfields, piers, waterworks, railroads and other structures.

Design

Our seasoned architects and engineers provide pre-design, design and estimate, and consulting services in the fields of civil works (vertical and horizontal structures), electrical, mechanical, plumbing, communication and fire protection.

Build

Ultraworks is a well established and fully capable general contractor. Our experience is vast and diversified leading to smooth implementation and early completion of projects. We have a quality project management team of seasoned professional engineers and foremen to guide and build your project plans according to specifications.

Pre-Construction & Project Management

Ultraworks believe that it is imperative and beneficial to the owner and to the end user of the facility to have a team that will be involved with the project from inception to completion because these are the same persons who understands the history of the project from start to finish.

A partial list of the Pre-Construction Services that we offer is:

Identify and implement an over all Construction Management plan that is “project specific”.
Develop a master schedule.
Establish and update conceptual budgets.
Initiate value engineering where required or desired.
Review design documents and coordinate progress meetings to review design comments as required.
Conduct value engineering and cost assessment meetings.
Develop bidding procedures.
Generate bidder’s list and establish pre-qualification procedures if required.
Expedite bid document delivery system and prepare bid advertisements.
Conduct pre-bid conference.
Provide bid evaluation and verify bidder’s qualification as required.

Throughout the construction of the project, Our Project Management Team will be on the project to make sure that daily targets are accomplished as planned and any issues or situations that may arise during the course of construction shall be communicated and resolved immediately. Ultraworks is a team player and can work well with any other General Contractors or Multiple Prime Contractors to deliver the project.

Real Estate:

We engage in real estate business, including subdivision development, trading, management, improvement and construction of residential houses, townhouses, apartments, condominium units, tenements, memorial parks and gardens;
